Wheat or chaff?

A great brass ensemble can make (just about) any arrangement sound good to great.

This is a false positive result - when great musicians perform or record average (or below) arrangements, the quality of a questionable chart is artificially inflated. In the world of brass arrangements, there is a lot of chaff passing off as wheat.
